We focus on postural alignment as the primary indicator for alleviating pain, treating injuries and injury prevention. The shoulder, hip, knee, and ankle should fall along the same axis. Correct posture ensures that weight bearing is evenly distributed throughout the body allowing for maximum function. This promotes optimal muscle and joint function, while improving posture. Implementing corrective exercises does just that, and works at injury prevention, as well.

Evaluation

Your Chiropractor is a connective tissue specialist who will evaluate your condition using one or all of the following methods:
